HOW IT WORKS:
Your team will receive the use of two entire
Batting Tunnel Systems. You will receive 500 balls each tunnel (total of 1,000). The team signs up sponsors in advance to
pay a designated amount for each hit they get as a team. Teams should average 400 to 500 hits per 1,000 balls. A hit is considered
a hit only if it goes past the designated "Hit Line" in the tunnel. Each player should have a goal of 25 sponsors
minimum.
Sponsors should
expect the following payouts at indicated levels if a team hits 400 out of 1,000 balls:
SUGGESTED
SPONSORSHIP LEVEL ESTIMATES:

5 cents sponsor = $ 20.00
- 7 cents sponsor = $ 28.00

10 cents sponsor = $ 40.00
- 15 cents sponsor = $ 60.00
- 20 cents
sponsor = $ 80.00
- 25 cents sponsor = $100.00
Tournament
Teams Suggested Goal:
Each player should shoot to hit the following levels of sponsorship:
- 10 sponsor
at 5 cents per hit
- 7 sponsor at 7 cents per hit
- 5
sponsor at 10 cents per hit
- 2 sponsor at 15 cents per hit

1 sponsor at 25 cents per hit
RESULT:
Each player will raise $816.00, and
a team total of $8,976.00.
Youth Leagues/Teams Suggested Goal:
If a team of 10 players
each receives $100 in pledges, the team will earn $700 profit!
You keep 70% of the profits. This money
can be used to offset tournament fees, uniforms, concession stand money, team party, coahces gifts or any other
related cost that teams and players may incur throughout the season.
